Clinical experience

Support shaped by specialist settings

My work spans inpatient, community, and adult services, with experience supporting complex emotional and psychological difficulties.

  1. CAMHS inpatient services

My clinical experience includes working within CAMHS inpatient services, supporting adolescents admitted to specialist eating disorder units and general adolescent mental health units. In these settings, I worked alongside young people experiencing complex mental health difficulties, often during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

  2. Community CAMHS

I have also worked extensively within community CAMHS, supporting children, young people, and families presenting with a broad range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-harm, emotional regulation difficulties, OCD, self-esteem challenges, and relationship-based concerns.

  3. Adult eating disorder services

Alongside this, I have experience within adult eating disorder services, supporting adults experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating difficulties, body image concerns, and complex relationships with food. This work has deepened my understanding of the emotional experiences that can sit beneath eating difficulties, including perfectionism, identity, self-worth, and trauma.

  4. Neurodevelopmental services

In addition to my therapeutic work, I work within private neurodevelopmental services, specialising in Autism and ADHD assessments. This has given me extensive experience in understanding neurodiversity across different stages of life and has enabled me to develop expertise as a dual assessor across the lifespan, assessing both Autism and ADHD in children, young people, and adults.

My approach

Tailored rather than scripted

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe compassion and genuine human connection are central to healing and growth.
